Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on sorag.ai, operated by Soragai.


2. Subscriptions

2.1 14-Day Refund Window

If you purchase a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided you have not used any credits during that period.

Once any credits have been used, refunds for that billing period are no longer available, regardless of the time elapsed.

2.2 Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

2.3 How to Cancel

Cancel via your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Alternatively, contact us at hello@sorag.ai.


3. Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the order is completed. Credits are added to your account immediately upon purchase.


4. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (“Consumer Rights Directive”).

Important: By proceeding with a purchase and using the Service (including using any credits), you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun. This means that if you use any credits after purchase, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If you have not used any credits and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@sorag.ai with the subject line “Withdrawal Request — [your email address]”.


5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where:

  • Credits have been used
  • The request is made outside the applicable window
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe the request is fraudulent or abusive
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.


7. Service Disruptions

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to issues within our control, we will consider credit or pro-rata refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@sorag.ai.
